Firstly, the Shark NV352-31 is an excellent vacuum cleaner. I just wanted to change my carpet brush because I figured it deserved it after years of use. Well I've waited too long to get to work. Called Shark customer service to inquire about a tutorial video on YouTube. The video instructed me to "use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the bottom plate" where the brush is located. The screws are NOT cross-slotted, but have a special star pattern. Shark's agent told me that "the brush is not replaceable" and that I should "replace the entire lower unit"! It's unacceptable! Very, very disappointed! All I need is to know what the proper term for a screwdriver is.
