This helmet is very cheap and the lining is thin. There is a strap on the back that tightens and loosens to adjust size. Without it, this helmet would be too big for me (and I'm a grown man). The helmet is uncomfortable to wear. This helmet will probably be good for everyday skateboarding/roller skating/biking (I'm returning to skateboarding after over a decade), but I wouldn't trust this helmet for more serious activities. The toppings are ok. They are smaller and a little tight which is what I was looking for. My last set was too big and when I fell my knee pads and elbow pads rode up my legs/arms leaving a rash. The pads are honestly the only reason I keep this product. If you're just buying this for the helmet, do yourself a favor and find a better one.
