Everything worked fine for the first few days until I decided to upgrade the memory. I've been running my PC with a single chip in slot B1 for some time without any problems. When I set the memory to 2x16GB the mobo refused to recognize the memory (error code C1). I've been trying to figure out why a single RAM chip works fine on B1 or B2 but not on A1 or A2. There seems to be an issue with the slots, so now I have to contact support. Both slots A1 and A2 work separately or even together, but then the mob says not to put both chips in one channel and refuses to start because this is not the optimal configuration. Which of course is true. Will be updated after Gigabyte fixed this issue. Update 30 6/6: Revain support helped troubleshoot and contacted gigabyte support. A Gigabyte engineer asked me some basic questions and immediately decided there must be a bent pin in the socket. I explained that others are also seeing this bug and reporting it on Reddit, but their engineer refused to admit it. I checked the socket pins and didn't find any bad ones so no, I'll be waiting on the phone again with Gigabyte to fix the AORUS. will update you
