So to everyone who answered my question about the size of these shoes. You are all wrong. This shoe is not the same size as the GTS 19. These shoes are narrower, much narrower. I had to take a 2E a size and a half bigger than my 19 to be comfortable. I posted photos of my GTS 19 and some GTS 21 side by side. The light gray shoes are the GTS 19. The GTS 19 are standard width (D) shoes. The black GTS 21 is a wide (2E) width. Both 10s. I'm sending back the GTS 21, luckily I also bought the 10.5 and will be wearing them, but will also be looking into a new shoe brand as Brooks seems to have gone the way of many shoe companies. I'm not sure why the shoes are made so narrow. I'm sure American and European feet are generally wider and as to why shoemakers don't make wider shoes since that's the norm I can't do it. So if you have a narrow foot, the Brooks GTS shoes might be for you. I have been buying Brooks for over 7 years and I am disappointed that they have changed size. It was a shoe I could count on to struggle with how a shoe should fit. No longer.
