Reviews on this trainer that runs small are true! I usually wear a size 9 (M) so based on the reviews I ordered a size 9.5 (M). I'm glad I did because a size 9 (M) would have been too small. The toe area of the shoe is significantly narrower and the width narrower than most other sports shoe brands. The size I ordered 9.5 (M) (1/2 size larger) turned out to be correct and actually fits like a Nike 9 (M). It's important to note that my feet are a little thinner than usual. Most people with a normal foot width will likely need to order a full size shoe to accommodate the narrow toe box design of this shoe.
