My dog is huge and pulls a lot. He had a super strong neck. I needed something to help me control it. It worked really well for control, but then he somehow managed to break it. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me a replacement. Customer service is fantastic. Last night my dog managed to get out of the collar while walking. Kind of unraveled. I think this product could be improved if they add a safety clip to attach it to a regular collar so if the dog was able to get off it (like mine) it would still be on the leash. I love the collar so I'm going to buy a safety clip so I can keep using it.
