
I use these molds all the time to make individual batches of fruit crisps (apples, rhubarb, bourbon pears, etc.). Make a few, store them in the fridge or freezer (I haven't experimented with freezing but I think I'd wrap them really nicely in plastic wrap and wax paper or something first). Pull out if you need a great homemade ice cream. up. I love the handles on them for easy handling. The seller or manufacturer advised not to use high temperatures, not to bake in the oven at 400 degrees. Stay in the 300 range so the max temperature I bake at is 360 or 365 degrees for these awesome shapes.
