I recently bought this jacket and it was a very bad experience. I should have read the reviews first and considered that before buying. I ordered a size 14/16 jacket for my son and he is a medium size 14. The package arrived in good condition and he was delighted with his new jacket. When trying it on, it turned out that the jacket did not fit him and was surprisingly small! This is an error in the production of the company. I wanted to exchange for a larger size thinking it would make things better but the price doubled and it was impossible! So I decided to get a refund instead. Also, it takes 7 days for the refund to be posted back to my credit card, along with the lack of a new jacket to wear for the cold winter at the moment. Buyers should be careful and always check people's reviews before buying clothes online. It's a bit risky and that's why I'm buying clothes for our family now.
