After doing lots of research and reading many positive reviews of this product, I was looking forward to this to be delivered! Sadly, it didn’t come with a good packaging (just simply put in a thin plastic bag left open) and the box came upside down, so the top part of the branches were bent and damaged. There was one branch that got bent so much that the wiring came out from the inside (shown in the photo). The worst part was it came with a human hair stuck underneath the paint! (Shown in the second photo)I’ve read reviews saying it doesn’t look cheap, but when you take a closer look, it looks cheaply made. The part that connects to the lights has some spacing in between. And the taping around the branches are so thin that once it gets bent, it gets cracked open. I like how natural the trunk looks tho!Since I won’t be looking at it closely, I requested it for a replacement, hoping it won’t come damaged or a hair stuck in the paint again!
