After doing lots of research and reading many positive reviews of this product, I was looking forward to this to be delivered! Sadly, it didn’t come with a good packaging (just simply put in a thin plastic bag left open) and the box came upside down, so the top part of the branches were bent and damaged. It looks like a real tree. I wanted bright lights on the tree and got them. Definitely brightens up my home with this Christmas decoration. The only negative is one light out of the 72 does not work but I'll still keep it. Minus a star for a broken light. It arrived with the box damaged. It was shipped in the original Hairui box. No second outer box and it was not marked fargile. Maybe, the light broke during shipping.

We moved this year and I needed to update our Christmas decor as we no longer have a mantel to use a focal point. After researching many options I decided on this one and am happy I did. The trunk looks more real and the lights are striking and beautiful. I've had comments on it from the few people who have come into our home. This isn't a great option if you want to weigh it down with tons of ornaments like a regular Christmas tree but it does look great with 20-30 ornaments. Super easy to set up. The square base made it difficult to find a base container, but we finally found a good option.

I love the look and style of this beautifully lit Birch Tree. I love it enough to give it 3 1/2 Stars, but that's partially because the issue with this tree is that it has a flimsy plastic base with ( crude partial threading) that when you go to screw the base to the tree it can easy cross thread! While in Colorado Springs, I saw a similar tree inn a little shop- $150! I would have purchased it but had to fly home and didn’t want to ship it. I have 2 of these trees, bought at different times. Love the first one; I bought it a couple of years ago. It works beautifully and always has, which prompted me about a month ago to buy another one to put in a different room. I got a 4 foot tree to fit on our furniture in front of a window.It looks very realistic and the lights are " warm daylight" type, very cozy and pleasant to the eye unlike some of those that makes you want to wear shades!I wanted an alternative Christmas tree that doesn't look cheesy and this one looks great! Very lovely even for inbetween seasons!Only thing is they are a little expensive for what they are, but are high quality, so I hope with gentle treatment this tree should last a while.

I purchased this tree for outdoor use. After inspection, I determined that it would not really be suitable for that purpose. For me, it was too pricy for just a season or two. I was looking for something that would be durable enough for perhaps 5 yrs so I returned it. I think the tree would be most lovely indoors and would not hesitate to recommend it for that purpose only. For that reason I gave it 5 stars.

Bought 4 of these trees for an outdoor display. 1 failed within a week. Replaced it and now another one is dead. 50% fail rate within 4 weeks is absolute garbage. They look great when you set them up but I also noticed the ones that are still lit are not as bright. The switch they use on their $150 tree probably cost them 4 cents. Wiring is the same low quality. Most 5 star reviews are from people that just set them up. I wonder how many stars they would get from everyone after a month of use.

I ordered the 6 ft and the 4 ft trees for a bare corner in our bedroom. Since my walls are light, the white trees seemed to disappear and didn't stand out, so I painted them with a small brush and 3 different shades of dark brown.
