When I first got this I had the problem that my headset kept freezing right after picking it up. Both myself and Plantronics support thought it was a bad cable, but after uninstalling their "hub" software, I no longer had the problem. The cable now works as expected, with limitations e.g. For example, I can't always answer my softphone through the headset. It also doesn't always allow me to adjust the volume through the headset. But it mostly works. It's a little pricey for what it is, but I wanted it for the wireless convenience it gave me.
