Works well and connects easily to CS540 Plantronics headset

Arrived exactly on time stated. I bought this item because I stayed home to start work from home COVID-19. Works very well, I just had to plug it in and it was ready to use. Works with my Plantronics CS540 softphone headset. I'm glad I found this because it was difficult to find a cable to go to the right connector and it was sold out in other stores. Good product!

Promotional price $51.99. But they charged me $79.88. what happened to it

Contacted seller for price. I hope to hear from you soon. Also, I'm so glad it arrived before the expected delivery date. I was working from home due to COVID 19 and the headset that came with my work laptop just gave me a headache after a few hours. Now that this cable is connected to my laptop I can use it with my Plantronics CS540. Now I'm not tied to my laptop for 8 hours.

Poly APU-76 for WFH Softphone

We use Plantronics CO54 headsets that connect to our Polycom phones in the office. Ever since we switched to WFH for our internal staff, we needed a solution to keep people on our phone system and the APU-76 fits the bill perfectly. We use a Zoiper softphone with our Asterisk telephone system. The APU-76 connects to a computer via USB, as well as a CO54 headset, giving us a hands-free headset when working from home. Perfect solution. Also good for all online webinars and the sound is muchโ€ฆ

Expensive, but mostly serves its purpose.

When I first got this I had the problem that my headset kept freezing right after picking it up. Both myself and Plantronics support thought it was a bad cable, but after uninstalling their "hub" software, I no longer had the problem. The cable now works as expected, with limitations e.g. For example, I can't always answer my softphone through the headset. It also doesn't always allow me to adjust the volume through the headset. But it mostly works. It's a little pricey for what it is, but Iโ€ฆ

Works fine but Polycom is a bit clueless when it comes to troubleshooting.

I have a CS540 headset and I wanted to use it with my PC (Windows 10) and Google Voice. Plugged it in, installed the Plantronics HUB software, and tweaked a few settings to play around with it. For some reason, after pressing the tail switch button, the headset hung up almost immediately. I thought I tried everything (including restarting and uninstalling the software). The headset only stays on when it's not connected to my PC. Too bad. I contacted Polycom and they walked me through a seriesโ€ฆ

ONE BIG HEADACHE

Let me start by saying that Yves has been using my CS530 bluetooth receiver in the office for almost a year and I LOVE it. When I was sent to WFH in April I missed it terribly as I had to use my personal headphones and they hurt my ears for 8 hours. When we received the new softphone setup I rushed to purchase it as directed and was excited to be able to use my CS headset again. Also, let me point out that I'm fairly tech savvy and can fix almost anything that is a "simple" configuration issue.
