Let me start by saying that Yves has been using my CS530 bluetooth receiver in the office for almost a year and I LOVE it. When I was sent to WFH in April I missed it terribly as I had to use my personal headphones and they hurt my ears for 8 hours. When we received the new softphone setup I rushed to purchase it as directed and was excited to be able to use my CS headset again. Also, let me point out that I'm fairly tech savvy and can fix almost anything that is a "simple" configuration issue. For over 8 hours my calls have been "clicking" randomly, the caller can tell me when it's "off" but I can't hear them. I changed every setting I could think of, wires, connectors. Half the time the quality is terrible. Between a 150 headset and a 60 cable, I'd rather just use a computer mic and speakers rather than throwing an extra $60 out the window for this adapter. I'm on the phone at least 8 hours a day, my salary and family depend on it, and I'm going to have big problems with my management because of these mistakes. I'm not happy, to say the least. Thank you for overcharging me for a $10 device that I currently have to pay for a full day's work.
