I'm not a big fan of writing reviews. I love this shop! The trick is to realize that this is not a magic bullet. You still need to towel dry your hair (my hair is thick so I use a bit of a blow dryer). You also need heat protection. Divide your hair into section by section (my sections are still quite thick). My hair looks great and I don't need a flat iron!
