The ability to have multiple people update an item at once without having it show up twice in someone else’s eyes was amazing! We used this tool daily, especially because we had several teams involved with our projects but only one project manager/scrum master who oversaw all aspects from start-to finish. It made managing my team more efficient. Sometimes there would be times when things were not updated properly or sometimes updates weren't submitted so I could never keep track of everything. This has been fixed since they implemented their upgrade. However now what used to take me 20 minutes will no longer work correctly due to how much information comes through each day which makes keeping tabs difficult. Try out some other programs before buying into acuity products if possible. They do provide many useful features like task assignments etc., however those functions can also easily become overwhelming depending upon size of organization using them initially. I am able solve any.
