I'm trying to put dust covers on the back of my pictures but this trimmer doesn't work. Every time I try to cut the paper the trimmer rips the paper and even when it cuts it leaves many uncut sections. I followed the guide but can't get it to work. I don't know how anyone can use this thing. Update: I am returning this item for a refund. I've tried and tried to use it and even watched Logan's video on how to use this device but I can't use it.
