Review on Matador MP 47 Hectorra 3 185/65 R14 86T summer by Micha Dbrowski ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not exactly what I wanted, but basically everything is fine.

Car - Vesta 1.6 Sedan Wheel dimension - 195/55/16 Tire pressure - 2.1-2.2 atm. Tires produced in spring 2022. Compared to the previous Matador Elite 3 rubber, this tire is a clear step backwards. The quality of the rubber compound used has deteriorated. Mediocre tires, only for retired driving. Has pros: Soft rubber. Seams/joints and shagreen quench well. Good resistance to aquaplaning. Perfectly balanced. Different cons: Expensive for such mediocre features. Disgusting traction in the rain. Especially with active cornering at quite civilian speeds. It screeches at any slightly more active than usual start, not the most reliable grip on dry asphalt. Disgusting directional stability along the track, when accelerating, the car throws a lot to the side.
