I received these shocks with the ends removed or in the box. Second, and no less annoying, there was no tape that should have been around the shock to compress it for installation! Third, the threaded eyelets were not the same as the OEM shocks, so it was not possible to use the old eyelets on the new shocks. Think twice before you buy from this store. In my opinion, they failed miserably.
