When my office phone system died, I was a little scared. Big box in the back room, all those nasty wires, all I knew was that some guy from the phone company was going to charge me TONS to come and fix it or replace it. I remembered when I bought the system 20 years ago how expensive it was and how difficult it was to install. I was researching my options and came across this system. It seemed too good to be true but the reviews got me hooked. Long story short I ripped out ALL the old wiring and the brain box for the old system where all I had were 3 trunk lines going into the building. I routed each line to a small RJ11 jack to do a fresh install and connected the main phone to this system. Then I hooked up all the other 5 phones in about 2 minutes to start working with them. DONE! Then each of my employees took several phones and set them up somewhere in the building, no longer limited to wires. They actually laughed and were excited about the possibilities, especially with cordless phones. The project took half an hour and we have a high quality phone system. I would recommend this to any business owner who needs a phone upgrade. Times are changing, you no longer need a "man on the phone” for a business system.
