Update: 08/07/21: These people took the initiative to contact me and generously offered to fix everything - AND THEY DID IT! VERY FAST! It was the most amazing customer service experience I've ever had. They read that I like faux fur covers and sent them to me. With bonus! They are probably the best sellers at Revain! I had a really horrible experience with the products and their elimination. But these people initiated the decision and made me wonderfully happy! Thanks very much! By the way, the duvet cover is simply chic - very soft and very feminine! (my original review 2 weeks ago) What I got (2xs) where is a quilted pillow with tassels. Now I love brushes but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fluffy. I ordered a replacement and after telling them that the original order came with quilted pads they sent the same one when they sent the replacement. If you don't mind quilting, then this duvet cover is for you. I bought pink and it was very pink and very fun. It's BEAUTIFUL and SO SOFT! I really loved it and hated sending it back. But only furries work for me. Good luck finding the right set - I hope you enjoy it too!
