I love that it's super easy for our Account Executives to enter data into the system as well, which helps us keep track of all of their projects in one place. It would be great if we could set up an automatic email notification whenever there are updates made by another user within the same account. For example, when someone changes contact info or adds/deletes items in a quote request list. This has really helped streamline things at work and makes tracking time more efficient! The benefits are that I can use the system easily and it's very user friendly. I love how easy it is to integrate with other applications like MS Project, Outlook, and Salesforce. There is nothing specifically that I dislike about this program. It has everything you need in one place and is easy to learn. If you're looking for an easy way to manage your quote requests and responses, then this software is for you. We are able to use Yagna to track quote requests and responses.
