My old pair lasted about 4 years without breakage or wear and tear so I ordered this set to have a change of pairs before bed. They work great, I would recommend wearing them at night if you always want to keep your heels soft and even pre-moisten them before putting them on. I wear size 10 women's shoes and they fit well, a little tight on my arch but I'm sure they will stretch a bit over time, but not so tight that I feel like I need to take them off. You'll notice a huge difference in just one night of wear, but if you wear them every night and moisturize them before and after you take them off, you'll never have cracked heels again - at least that's been my experience with consistent wear. After my heels are nice again I forget to put them on and I'm back in cracked/dry heel country so consistency is key. a pair that will last a year or more with daily wear and weekly washing.
