Review on Master Massage Montclair Adjustable Headrest by Jim Case

High quality spa table suitable for salon and spa equipment

This table is very well made and of high quality. I use it for Reiki, Reflexology and Sound Vibration Therapy. I can't say anything about the use of massages. It's a little shorter than my previous table, but my 6'4" husband fits on it comfortably (with a few inches of room to his feet) when using the head mount. When he's just lying on the table itself, his heels are on it at the very end of the table. The padding is very comfortable and the foam doesn't leave any body marks when getting up off the table.I don't use the built in heating function (it heats the table well) but I have an amethyst far infrared mat that I use on it with me a fleece lining underneath to protect the table surface The face support and neck pillow are very comfortable (marshmallow-like padding) and the outer shell is not hard or scratchy like some vinyl I use Earthlite flat disposable face covers which fit perfectly when the table is in a horizontal position, since the hands do not rest on the table back is rested (I did not manage to put my hands de to put completely on the table). Heavy (45+ pounds), well made, durable and comfortable, this table is well worth the money. It comes with a carry case which is also very well made (sturdy) but the desk itself is heavy and if you're lugging accessories expect to add upwards of £50! I would advise you to get yourself a well made table trolley if you are planning to travel with it. Instead of a holdall I would have preferred a pillow roll, but that's just my opinion.

Pros
  • 1500 lbs. Aircraft steel suspension cables, 750 lb working load. Non-slip, non-marking footrests
Cons
  • Something different
