Clean up your studio - lights, cameras, even mics. Also perfect for HTC Vive Beacons.

This seems to be the most useful for those who have a home studio today, mainly for video or photo shoots. Of course there are other uses, anything you can think of to attach, but that's definitely the main focus here, starting with the size of the 1/4" screw mount. If you're trying to put together a home studio, whether for music, podcasts, or just to stream yourself while gaming if you plan to use video, you'll need lighting. They could technically come with softboxes or umbrellas, although they work best with LED panels, which I prefer. If you have a background, it's two tripod legs and each light is different. If you're using a real camera (not a webcam), it's another tripod or two if you're using a camera slider/shuttle. Before you know it, a million tripods are crammed there. If you're playing games and you have a Vive, that's usually 2 more. All of this requires sandbags to keep it from falling and takes up valuable space. Ditch the bases, install LED panels from the ceiling and now you have a lot fewer poles. Do the same for the Vive beacons. You can even set the camera slider to auto pan or simply screw on the ball head mount. My tripod cost 350, for 350 you get a lot of it. Of course, the tripod still has a use, but it's really useful. Add extra levers and other things if you need special angles etc. Anything you don't want to move is a good candidate for her.
