I would 100% recommend to anyone looking to make pumping more efficient. I pump directly into one of these bottles with my spectra and use a spectra bottle for the other breast. I then dump the milk from the spectra bottle into this one, label with a sticky note the time and date, and pop it into the fridge. One less thing to wash, easy to read the amount of milk in the bottle, and easy to clean/hand wash. I have an oversupply so these bottles have been great for storage. I have about 3-4 (some completely filled, others about half filled based on the pump session) in my fridge at any given time. I bought two 9oz boxes (the bigger ones; 8 bottles total) and I always have one available to use. I pump twice a day currently, three times on occasion, with 6-10oz a session. Also, I have two sets of pump parts, so saving one spectra bottle (and using one of these instead) allows me to pump even when my first set is dirty.
