Almost four stars because it's not a pretty polished instrument. It's nice to enjoy a beautiful instrument. This one is ugly. It looks ugly, it feels ugly and when you screw the fasteners onto the mainshaft it scratches. But it's not a work of art, it's a slide hammer. It's reasonably priced and comes with all the accessories you'll need. They fit. The slide is heavy. It worked *perfectly*. I was impressed. We had to bend the edge of the car door to make the door open properly. It took two minutes and the result was pretty smooth. You couldn't ask for a more powerful tool. I can't wait until I need it again! I don't expect new problems in my life, but the next problem that can be solved with a deadbeat is toast.
