I love this product! Although, probably not for the same reasons as everyone else. I use it to keep my insulin pump on at night. I use a tandem pump and have had trouble keeping my pump's hoses from bursting from tossing and turning all night. I bought it hoping it would help solve my problem and it worked. I'm so glad I bought it! I think this PakRat can include different pumps and continuous glucose monitors. I would highly recommend it to diabetics looking for a solution to attach their gear to their body without tightening. Another plus is that I ordered XXL and it fit perfectly. I'm 200lbs and had my doubts about the comfortable fit but it turned out to be perfect. I would definitely buy again!
