At first I wasn't very happy, the rotors almost didn't turn. I noticed that it stayed in the same position on either side until the wind picked up to 5mph. I saw another (diff) while driving and it was spinning in a very light breeze. So I had to add 16 3/8" stainless steel washers (4 on each side) to balance this thing. Then she started spinning. They have ball bearings. The problem is that the spinners aren't properly balanced from the factory. A lot of work , 2-3 hours of sticking epoxy discs. The paint comes off very easily. Save money. Buy a good one. Too much hassle, too much hassle. I should have just returned it.
