I have a lot of reading glasses. My distance vision is -1.75 and my near vision is +1.50, so I can see "almost" without glasses. But not really. Ordinary reading glasses should be worn over the nose. If you accidentally look through them, everything will be badly distorted. Not so with these. The range you see when you look up is basically 0. And ranking up to +1.50 gives me more options. When I used to read something, it had to be in the right place to be the focus. With them, I can tilt my head and read text at different distances with a head tilt. And the blue light blocking is a great bonus as there's so much to read on the screen. ideal
