Review on PoolPass by Brian Potter

I like that you can have your own personal page to log in with no password required. It's easy to use when checking people into pools or spas! Sometimes there is an error message stating it cannot connect but then all of a sudden connects again after several minutes without any input from me. This happens maybe once every few months. The app does not show up as available anymore unless I am logged back onto my account via mobile device (iPhone). If someone forgets their login info they are out of luck because now we need to call them instead of just using the web portal. They won't even let us contact anyone at customer service about this problem. We used poolpass so our membership could be entered quickly through one website rather than having two different websites available each time.
