I just LOVE this thermometer. I bought this to use in my smoker and the Bluetooth pairing is incredibly easy and convenient. With 6 sensors I can monitor my meat and also hang in an extra sensor to monitor the internal ambient temperature. The only improvement I would suggest is maybe a purpose built probe on a small stand or maybe even with a small alligator clip to attach to the stand. One of my favorite features is the extended cables between the probe and the device. I also love the ability to set temporary alarms for too hot or too cold. There are several presets and you can create your own.
