Review on Proposal Pad by William Groupp

I like how simple this software was when we first started using, but have since had many issues with emails not being received or answered within 24 hours of sending them (sometimes even up until 2 weeks). We've also been unable at times due from our internet connection going out during contract signing time period which has resulted in us losing contracts as well! The customer service support team can be quite difficult sometimes so make sure you're prepared before contacting their helpdesk if an issue arises after submitting your request through one option versus another - they will try very hard to get back though most likely via email only and there's no guarantee what phone number/email address may work best depending upon where exactly someone lives across all states & countries etc., however once contacted usually resolved quickly without any problems unless something unforeseen happens such as computer crashes mid-contract negotiations process causing loss of contact information / lost files ect.. I like how user friendly this program is, everything you need in one place! It's so simple anyone can use it with no problems or confusion at all. The only thing i dislike about this product would be if there was more customization options such as different colors etc.. but other than that its great!! This has made my life easier by allowing me upload pictures of our products without having to email them around which saves time and money.
