I installed the iDatastart HCX module - it works fine, Alexa Skill MIA

I installed the iDatastart HCX remote start module in my 2011 Honda Pilot a year ago. In the Michigan winter, it was great to start the car and warm it up before heading to school in the morning. I liked this system because I didn't want to use an extra key fob like other systems. It uses a factory Honda key and you press the lock button three times quickly. However, it is line of sight and the range is not that great. I used to keep one of my key fobs in one of the upstairs bedrooms which was about 30 feet from line of sight through the window to the car, and from there it didn't always work unless I touched the key fob on the window field. . I was looking for HCX compatible telematics kits and the Carlink kit seemed like one of the best deals with low module price, 1 year free maintenance and 3 years for $100 after. The instructions said that to flash the HCX module I would need a datalink cable which costs about $40 so I decided to buy that as well - it would still be cheaper to install it myself and I would have the cable that I need for it, already second car. if I decide to add a telematics system. I received the data cable and this ASCL6 module and followed the instructions to connect the data cable to my laptop and the HCX module and there was no communication through the weblink app on my laptop. I noticed that the HCX module has a USB micro connector so I plugged that in instead and didn't you know it worked! Now I have a useless $40 data cable. Anyway, I noticed that the required setting is already enabled. So I didn't have to program anything at all! I hooked up the ASCL6 module and found that it also requires a 12v battery signal (no grounding was required and I didn't want to connect it to my horn because nobody wants to hear my 7 o'clock horn). I installed and opened Carlink. App in my phone, created account, added serial number to app and recognized, then remote start worked! I checked Start, Stop, Unlock, Lock and they all worked. It was nice to see the battery voltage and the position of the car. It was in test mode and the next day the car was removed from the application as the test mode expired, but it was enough to just add it back to normal mode and since then within 24 hours there have been no problems. I would recommend. But most people who don't have a lot of experience with auto electronics should probably take their car to a professional to have it installed. However, both Alexa Skill and Google Home Action aren't currently available in their respective stores, so starting the car by voice isn't available. Why is?
