The fit is good, the shoes are comfortable.
The insole is a thin flat piece of foam, I think if your foot is perfectly flat no problem. I needed arch support so I replaced it with an insole and after the first ride everything is fine. Time will tell if they hold up. I'm size 10, bought 44.
