It's soft and I was looking forward to touching up my sheets with it. But the material is so thin that you can see the brand on my pillows (light gray text on white background) through the pillowcases, and if you pull a random feather out of your comforter you can see it beneath the surface of this cover. It's soft but holds wrinkles and doesn't cover duvets or pillows very well, so it's certainly far from "luxury". I'm disappointed. Just a note for anyone having trouble finding a light yellow duvet cover: it's more of an off-white color with a yellow tinge than yellow, at least under natural light, LEDs and incandescent bulbs. is available in the room where it is located. It may look more yellow under fluorescent lighting, but this color was also a huge disappointment for me.
