Review on Experience Comfort and 🌊 Flexibility with NeoSport XSPAN Wetsuit Shorts by Anthony Gupta

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Warm and comfortable

I bought the women's vest (size XL = size 14) and these trunks (men's size 2XL). I'm 62 years old, 5'8" and about 150 pounds. I bought this two piece wetsuit because the pool water was too cold for me. When I got the vest and swim trunks I tried them on at home and they both seemed to fit great - just a little big and easy to put on. I liked the feeling! The suit really adds buoyancy (although I don't need it). When I first started freestyle swimming, the suit didn't interfere with the stroke, it slowed it down. It was like wearing a super drag suit. In In the Water, the suit seemed to get bigger. In Jammers, holding them helps. After swimming in it I realized I probably should have bought a smaller vest and probably a smaller silencer vest. But I like the plus sizes I bought because they are very easy to put on. I usually wear women's size XL or size 16 or 18. The vest is size 14 but I find it big. Mufflers are 2XL and I think they are a bit small. I've been using a vest and jammers for several months. I keep them both in a poolside locker. Both contain so much water that it takes about 3 days to dry. Especially jammers that seem to hold more water. Because of this, I've stopped using jammers and now only wear a vest over my bathing suit. This works very well. The vest protects me from the first cold shock when entering the water. I swim 10 lengths with the vest on, then take it off and swim another 20 lengths. I like to feel the difference between swimming with and without a life jacket. It motivates me to swim faster! I advise anyone planning to buy a vest and silencers to just buy a vest first. This may be all you need. The size 14 vest is a bit large but I am happy with the sizing as it is very easy to put on and take off. If you need more heat, buy silencers.
