Glue ruins shirts. I'm a nurse, I
T-shirts with self-adhesive ruins. I'm a nurse, I work a lot and I'm very hot. I don't know if it melts the glue or what, but it ruined the top of the scrub by dissolving into it. I rubbed it with rubbing alcohol and removed most of the sticky glue, but it still left a dark residue on the outside of my peels. I use them on t-shirts, which I like to ruin, and take them off as soon as I get home. The glue still seeps into the fabric, especially the seams on shirts, but I can usually remove it with my fingertips. I don't think it's worth it.
