The support that they provide is second to none! They get back with you very quickly and answer any questions or concerns to your satisfaction. Nothing as far as I can see so far - but then again we are just getting started in testing their new features out to evaluate best fit for our applications. We like how easy it is to spin up bare metal instances from various providers without a lot of upfront cost compared to others (for example AWS). There isn't anything about this platform itself which was bad enough to dislike. Having multiple options available has definitely provided us peace-of-mind in case something does go wrong when choosing one over another. The best part about this product is that it's very easy to use and manage. It's also very secure, as well as reliable. There are a few minor glitches here and there, but nothing too serious. Overall, it's a great product. I have been using this for over 2 years now and haven't had any issues with it. We use it mostly for our website, email, and other applications.
