Obviously this is well known, but some USB devices interfere with Wi-Fi. I spent 3 days troubleshooting why my Wi-Fi was having serious problems without even knowing that this new USB hub was the cause of the problem. The moment I connect this to my Macbook, my wifi drops out. The moment I turned it off, Wi-Fi was back. This only affects the 2.4GHz band so you can switch your WiFi to 5GHz which should fix the problem but of course it might not be the best solution for everyone. If you have a MacBook and your Wi-Fi uses the 2.4GHz frequency, DO NOT buy this product, it will likely destroy your Wi-Fi.
