I used it on my iPad to draw while waiting for my paper brand covers to arrive. I've since bought a paper like product but this protector is so serviceable I have no reason to change it so I haven't even used it yet! I like the texture a lot. It changes the look of the screen a bit but I got used to it very quickly, I also watch Netflix on this iPad and don't notice it anymore. Any drawing/writing screen protector changes the look of the screen, so I'm fine with that. I've been wearing it for a few months now and everything is fine! The application was fairly painless if the instructions were followed. It even comes with a squeegee-like tool for popping bubbles, which was really helpful. I'm glad this thing will be used in all my screen cover applications in the future.
