I have used this baby once and already love it. I mix protein powder with milk and mixing it with a spoon or whisk always ends up in clumps, clumps with balls that float to the top no matter how long I've been mixing - the main reason I looked for a hand mixer. In a matter of seconds, this device mixes everything perfectly. When I first unpacked it I was a little confused that the working end couldn't be detached for cleaning. According to the instructions, you clean it by activating it in a container with soapy water - that's enough for me. It comes with two storage options (drawstring pouch and wall mount) - nice touches, especially at this price point. Included is a card explaining that this is a small family business and that a good overview will help them compete with big companies. Guys.
