I've looked everywhere for a power plug and everything that says wired power is always rechargeable. I remembered an old Emjois model, so I specifically looked for one that actually plugs into the wall, as both the battery and the rechargeable battery aren't very powerful and you'll have to keep changing or charging batteries. Let me just say I am SO impressed with this little machine and it is EXACTLY what I needed and was looking for in a pedicure tool! It's soft enough that it didn't hurt or rip my skin, and my feet were very cracked. I wish I had found this tool sooner and really feel like everyone with cracked feet should have one! I have poor circulation and deep fissures that won't heal and this thing is a summer lifesaver! The included blue file was strong enough and my legs were quite heavy. The one I had with AA batteries lasted several hours as it didn't hold a charge. I probably spent about 10-15 minutes on each leg with this emjoi tornado, so it has a lot of power. I hope this review helps someone who is dealing with painful cracked feet like me to try it out as it is a great product and will help my feet heal this summer instead of getting worse. I used it once and I have baby feet! This is my favorite item I've bought from Amazon and now I'm getting it as a gift! Worth every penny!
