I LOVE THIS EMJOI BUT THE CABLE IS NICE AND DAMAGED EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT USING IT YET. I LOVE IT, I ORDERED ANOTHER BUT WISH THE WIRE WAS STRONGER. SIMPLY REPLACING THE CABLE IS HARD BECAUSE IT HAS A TRANSFORMER TO CHANGE ITS VOLTAGE FROM 110V TO 12V WHERE IT IS INSERTED INTO THE WALL. DO NOT BUY BATTERIES, THEY ARE NOT POWERFUL ENOUGH.
