Great concept.

. The handle can move when slicing vegetables (I've used it for medium onions, sliced potatoes, and zucchini). If they get out of line, the blades will cut into the plastic of the cutting slider, leaving bits of plastic in the food. The device is now unusable and I put it aside. If you're buying this I recommend smaller pieces of softer food to ensure the blades stay in line. Watch out for plastic shavings and inspect the print block as you clean it.
