I had many other packages so I didn't open them until early March. The first problem I ran into was that the separation between packages wasn't a separation at all. I couldn't separate a package from another without using scissors to at least start separating. SOME packaging tears at the joined parts after cutting - mostly not. Ok, the package is separated, now it needs to be opened. She ran her fingers over the bag a few times to find the hole. The supposed hole was where the bags connected. Right. The easiest way was to cut the pocket with scissors where the post was. One more time. Now open the package. Wow! The bag ripped on the side when I tried to open it. When I opened the package and threw it in the trash everything was fine until I took the package out. In one out of three cases, the bag burst, throwing debris everywhere. OK, that's it. They are going back. Ha!. There is a return deadline and I missed that deadline by two weeks. My return request was rejected. I ended up throwing whatever was left in the trash can. Garbage.
