Instead of rewarding them with buying a set from their parts department I bought an 8 pack here. Somehow those cheap plastic hubcaps look ridiculous when most cars come with alloy wheels. This is a very clean looking polished brass, certainly not aluminum. I've been using these caps for many years with no problems. Some tire reps say the metal caps grip, I think anything goes, but brass threads and brass on brass will be compatible, maybe spray some HD silicone first. It's strange how little things can be so useful.
