Review on PetriStor by Landon Bandepalli

I was eager to test out PetriStor's collection of dog collars and harnesses as a pet owner. Unfortunately, I was disappointed and irritated by my interaction with their customer support team. My purchase was first delayed without warning or justification. I contacted customer service to find out the status of my purchase, but the agent I spoke with seemed uninterested in assisting me and gave me very little information. Even worse, one of the items in my order was missing when it did eventually arrive. I have contacted customer support several times, but I have not yet received a satisfactory response or any assurance that the missing item will be sent. Overall, PetriStor has not met my expectations, and I advise other pet owners to look into other choices when purchasing pet supplies.
