The ability to manage all my communication needs from one place is a game changer. I used to have to call several companies each month to get different things accomplished. With sendmycall it's all done through one portal and so much easier! Great customer service too. Sometimes the system does not load properly, especially when there are large amounts of calls being placed at once. But they always respond quickly and fix the issue immediately. We use them for our business line and for our cell phone. They provide great customer service, as well as excellent prices for the service we require. We also appreciate how seamless it is to switch between lines without having to go back into separate portals. The ability to create custom routing rules that allows me to route calls as needed. I dislike how sometimes you have to wait several days before your call is routed correctly if at all. We are solving our problem of not being able to reach our customer service reps when they're out of office. It's quick and reliable!
