Material is thick and feels like pajama flannel, but with a bit more stretch. I washed it in cold water, everything is fine. no odors or allergies. I tumble dried it on low for 5 minutes and then put it on the floor to finish drying. The creases from shipping were still there so I used a steam iron on medium power to smooth them out. Works best when used as a spray. After making the front, I flipped it over and flipped it from the back. It was a little boring, but I finally smoothed out all the wrinkles. I then hung it on a 5ft rod on my T stand and it seemed to be too long so I cut off an 18 inch rod. through my sewing machine to create a "pocket" as above. Then I stuck a piece of 1/2" electrical conduit in there, and the weight allowed it to hang perfectly flat and keep it from moving when air was blowing into the room, like from an air conditioner or an open window. What drawing wise i think it's good it's clear that the middle area gets lighter than the outer edge which should work fine for objects that are in the center for the price i'm very happy with it but i have to admit it was a lot of work to get it ready the way i wanted it and next time i think it's better to pay more for a simpler, ready to use solution.
