Update. It's been over 3 years since I installed it. It holds up very well. It is regularly sprayed with bleach and other cleaning chemicals and the way it has held up is amazing. Looks like new apart from some rust on the welds on one tray and to be honest that's just because I let the old soap sludge build up. Upgrade from 3 to 4 stars. First check: the spring tension never worked and the threads for attaching the hex head screws that hold the shelf in place were very poorly cut. (because I had to purposely cut the threads in the poorly sealed holes) I was ready to throw it out the window after 30 minutes but I persevered and so far it hasn't fallen. Looks good but I think most people would send it back. Oh, and I've been making aerospace components for 20 years, so I know how to tighten a hex bolt. The quality was terrible but I was able to overcome it. I'm glad everything is ready now.
